Color: black cherry

Vinification: Destemmed grapes and whole berries placed in a steel tank with a natural pied de cuve without selected yeasts, short carbonic maceration for 24 hours (with the CO2 developed naturally) then soft pressing and fermentation in steel, refinement for 6 months in steel before bottling.

Tasting notes: Black cherry, raspberry and small red fruits. In the mouth it expresses an extraordinary saline vein and a beautiful acidity that invites you to drink.
