Terra Wild Spirits is an independent and itinerant distillery project born from the experience and vision of Giovanni Campari, a master brewer with a successful track record, distiller and alchemist.
We produce limited edition spirits, unique like the seasons, which repeat but are never the same. Our spirits are the synthesis of experiences lived in the territories, of seasons spent walking among rocks and stones, cliffs and mountain ridges, deserts and tropical jungles, smelling everything that surrounds us.
We are inspired by Nature, the only true mother of us all, who creates, regenerates and transforms everything. And distillation is the most sublime of transformations because it elevates the ethereal and elusive essence of plants to spirit.

This is how our first two jewels of the Gin Terræ line were born, sensorial archetypes of the landscapes of the Italian peninsula; Gin Neve with botanicals from the Dolomites and Gin Onde with botanicals from the Ligurian Riviera of the Cinque Terre, which will be followed by Gin Campi , the most authentic expression of summer in the Emilian countryside.
Gin Terræ expresses a concept of territorial archetypes (mountain, sea, countryside) three London Dry Gins distilled in small batches and produced in limited editions.
Our traveling distillery project continues in Mexico, a wild and boundless land with ancient traditions and cultures; here with the experience of Giovanni together with the master sotoleri and mezcaleri, the line of Mexican distillates Padres de la Tierra is born. Three Mexican distillates, each with its own characteristic flavor, which tells us about the land from which it comes.
All these jewels are enclosed in the Terra Wild Spirits catalogue, a tale of travels and experiences lived; ambassadors of a new philosophy in the world of spirits, we set ourselves the goal of bringing the terroir into our spirits and liqueurs.
Terroir, in food and wine language, is a term indicating the relationship that links a product to the characteristics of the microclimate and soil in which it is grown and produced, also linking it to the culture and traditional processing practices handed down over time.
Here, Terra Wild Spirits wants to be this, a story of terroir through spirits and liqueurs that are an expression of territories and memories of adventures.
Our catalogue of collaborations and selections will feature both Terra Wild Spirits branded products, developed from Giovanni's vision, and producers who reflect our philosophy of authenticity, respect and valorization of the territories of origin.
