Vinification: Blend 50/50 of Is this it 2022 (100% Vermentino in cement) and Lundì Midì 2023 (Vermentino bianco in steel).
Tasting notes: In this third chapter of the series of macerated Vermentinos we wanted to blend a fresh wine with short maceration vinified in steel to give acidity to a macerated wine of ' previous year. The result is a perfect marriage between the evolved notes of the maceration and the freshness of the young wine in steel.
