Vinification: Destemmed grapes and whole berries placed in steel tanks with a natural pied de cuve without selected yeasts, short carbonic maceration for 24 hours (with the CO2 developed naturally), then soft pressing and fermentation in steel, aged for 6 months in steel before bottling.
Tasting notes: Small red fruits and cherry, soft and fruity, slightly savoury finish.
