NEVE is a deep and precise gin, born in the Dolomite mountains.
Clean and neat, aroma of pine, mountain forest and roots. In the mouth it is fresh, balsamic, slightly resinous. Ideal for Gin & Tonic and clean and balsamic Negroni, it pairs well with many bitters and gives a balsamic hint to all cocktails.
Recommended tonic waters: neutral, medium sweet and medium bitter, slightly aromatic.
